These terms govern your use of the Vastu and Vibes website and services, operated by Prachiti Paresh Satardekar. By booking a consultation, purchasing a report, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Services

Vastu and Vibes provides Vastu Shastra consultations, Kundali (birth chart) analysis, and numerology guidance based on traditional principles. These services are offered for guidance and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and decisions made based on our guidance remain the client's own responsibility.

3. Bookings & Free Consultations

The free 15-minute consultation is offered to help you understand how our services may be useful to you.
Booking a free consultation does not obligate you to purchase any further service.
We aim to confirm bookings within a few hours but cannot guarantee a specific response time on all days.

4. Paid Reports & Payments

Paid reports listed on our Reports page are prepared individually based on the information you provide at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.
Reports are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of payment and receipt of the required birth/name details.
If incorrect or incomplete birth/name details are provided, delivery may be delayed, and reports may need to be regenerated at the client's request and cost.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Because each report and consultation is personalised and prepared specifically for the client, paid reports are generally non-refundable once preparation has begun. If a payment is made in error or a report cannot be delivered due to an issue on our end, please contact us at prachitisat@gmail.com and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

6. Accuracy of Information

The accuracy of Kundali, numerology, and Vastu analyses depends on the accuracy of the information (birth date, time, place, names, floor plans, etc.) provided by the client. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in readings resulting from incorrect information supplied.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, and reports — is the property of Vastu and Vibes / Prachiti Paresh Satardekar and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vastu and Vibes provides guidance based on traditional Vastu, Jyotish, and numerology principles. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, and we are not liable for any decisions made based on the guidance provided.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
